During his long Criminal Justice career, primarily in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Adam Quirk has done many different things to keep his country and his community safe. During his decades in the DEA, Adam spent most of his time as a diversion investigator. That means he investigated cases in which criminals diverted legal deliveries of controlled substances before they could get to their legal destination, so they could sell them illegally. This is important because patients who need these drugs were denied them because they never got to the hospital, clinic, pharmacy or treatment center for which they were intended. His investigatory prowess was such that Adam Quirk was frequently chosen as a team leader on numerous long-term investigations. At the DEA, Adam Quirk also conducted security assessments for DEA registrants of all types, including manufacturers, distributors and treatment center personnel. These are important security assessments because they are key to preventing drugs form getting into the wrong hands. When it comes to background checks, Adam Quirk was something of a star, even before he landed at the DEA. For example, he conducted thousands of background checks for potential Air Marshalls during the time immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He has done a lot more, of course; in fact, Adam has worked in the criminal justice and law enforcement at nearly every level, in both the public and the private sectors. He has done almost everything; he has investigated multi-jurisdictional and complex drug and violent crimes, he’s executed warrants. All of that is in addition to the thousands of interrogations and screening interviews he has conducted all over the United States. Comments are closed.
